2027LARGELY BOOKED

Even Amazon is running into the ceiling.

Reuters reports Andy Jassy said AWS capacity is largely sold out through 2027, with significant commitments extending into 2028.

He also said AWS reserves capacity for on-demand and inference services. This does not mean every AWS service, region, or instance is unavailable.

The squeeze reaches beyond hyperscalers.

Hetzner announced increases effective April 1, citing higher hardware and infrastructure operating costs, affecting existing products and new orders.

Its June changes had different scope. Check the specific product and purchase date. Cloud prices do not all move together.

OUR TAKE This isn’t a prediction that the internet ends tomorrow. It’s a reason to build options before you need them.

02 / THE JEVONS PARADOX

CHEAPER COMPUTE.
BIGGER AMBITIONS.

When useful work gets cheaper, we find more useful work to do. Efficiency can expand the opportunity—and the appetite for infrastructure.

1865 / AN OLD IDEA IN A NEW MACHINE

A better engine can
mean more engines.

In The Coal Question, William Stanley Jevons argued that using coal more efficiently could expand its use enough to increase total consumption. The savings made more activity economical. [10]

Apply that mechanism to computing: cheaper tasks can unlock more AI, automation, and business workflows. If the extra work outgrows the savings per task, total compute demand rises. Faster, more efficient technology can coexist with pressure on shared capacity.

Efficiency creates opportunity.
It doesn’t guarantee spare capacity.

This is a way to understand the pressure, not a claim that efficiency explains every shortage or that demand always outgrows savings. [11]

THE RAAMP CONNECTION

Keep the upside.
Control the foundation.

More useful software is the opportunity. RAAMP gives that growth a foundation: licensed source access, shared improvements, and a staged path away from disconnected subscriptions. Turn operating knowledge into working capabilities, and add them as they earn their place.

Choose owned, colocated, or hybrid infrastructure around the work. Keep valuable cloud connections by choice. Evaluate costs and capacity as demand grows, with control over the code, workflows, and direction.

RAAMP IS
THE ARK.

Keep the business.
Change the boat.
Choose the waters.

RAAMP started in real estate. Today, it is a full enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform spanning accounting, CRM, documents, workflows, and company operations. License access to the source. Build the workflows that make your business yours. Progressively replace disconnected applications, and design a deployment path you can control.

RAAMP is the application foundation for that journey. Your infrastructure can evolve toward a private environment, colocation, or a carefully chosen hybrid as dependencies are addressed.

Real estate was the starting point. A full ERP is what RAAMP has become: accounting, CRM, documents, forms, tasks, portals, reporting, and connected business operations, alongside its property and lease capabilities. Inspect, extend, and integrate the code under an agreed license.

RAAMP has helped i3resources and many of its clients move away from QuickBooks, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), HubSpot, Salesforce, and other rented software tools. The goal: leave the old SaaS lock-in model behind and build on a platform that can evolve with the business.

AI Studio, agents, and reusable skills help employees turn operating knowledge into procedures and functional specifications. Engineers review the changes. Business owners accept the results.

06 / CONNECTED BY CHOICE

DIGITAL INDEPENDENCE
IS NOT DIGITAL ISOLATION.

Own your direction.
Keep your connections.

Your business still needs banks, payment networks, communication services, and technology partners. Digital independence means choosing those relationships deliberately, with control over how they connect to your operations.

RAAMP maintains partnerships and technology relationships across its ecosystem, including IBM, Microsoft, and providers that connect businesses to payment rails. The source-code partnership gives you a foundation for bringing those services together around your business.

YOUR BUSINESS + RAAMPTHE SERVICES YOU CHOOSE
01 / PAYMENT CONNECTIONS

Checkbook + Stripe

RAAMP includes Checkbook accounts-payable workflows and Stripe payment integrations. Keep payment activity connected to the business records and accounting that give it meaning.

02 / BANK DATA

Plaid

Source implementations support bank-account linking and transaction retrieval. Connect financial information to your operating platform instead of keeping it in another disconnected silo.

03 / CLOUD + AI SERVICES

Microsoft Azure

Azure storage and Azure-hosted document AI appear in RAAMP’s implementation. Use cloud services where they earn their place, alongside a deliberate plan for your own infrastructure.

04 / COMMUNICATIONS

Twilio + SendGrid

RAAMP contains calling, messaging, and email integrations. Stay connected to customers, staff, and service providers through workflows tied to the rest of the business.

The ark has ports.

Keep the services that create value. Integrate them on purpose. Extend or replace a connection as your needs change. The objective is control over the whole system, with strong partners connected to it.

Technology relationships, including IBM, are described by RAAMP. The examples above reflect integrations in the source, rather than a claim of vendor endorsement or a particular partnership tier. Provider accounts, agreements, fees, security controls, and deployment validation still apply; source access does not make every service interchangeable.

07 / RIGHT-SIZE THE MACHINE

YOUR BUSINESS ISN’T
A FRONTIER MODEL LAB.

Running an application and running a trained model are different jobs from training a frontier model. Buy for the work you actually do.

MATCH THE HOST TO THE APPLICATION.

A web application doesn’t
automatically need a GPU.

Start with CPU, memory, storage, and database performance. Measure your users and transactions. Separate the application, database, files, and backup requirements before choosing physical hosts or virtual machines.

  • Benchmark representative operating workloads.
  • Map Windows, SQL, storage, and service dependencies.
  • Choose supported hardware and an accountable operator.

RAAMP’s source spans legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET, with provider-backed integrations. A private deployment requires dependency mapping and validated replacements for cloud services; the existing platform is not represented as an offline appliance.

08 / THE SECOND-LIFE ADVANTAGE

BUYING USED
ISN’T A SIN.

A server doesn’t become useless because someone else owned it first.

You can choose a tested, refurbished workstation or server, own it, and decide how long it stays useful. HPE Renew and Dell Refurbished demonstrate that a second-life hardware market is a normal part of enterprise computing. [6–7]

You don’t normally ask Azure to put your VM on a particular second-hand server and negotiate the purchase price. You’re buying a managed capacity service. Owning the machine gives you a different economic lever.

There are cheaper cloud options, too. Azure Spot sells unused capacity at variable discounts, with eviction risk. Refurbished dedicated hosting also exists. The point is to compare the options—not pretend all cloud hardware is new or every machine is busy 24/7. [8–9]

RAAMP / SOURCE-CODE PARTNERSHIP

BUILD YOUR NEXT OPERATING PLATFORM ON RAAMP.

Standardize procedures. Build together. Replace in stages.

An application to build on

RAAMP began in real estate and has grown into a full ERP platform. Accounting, CRM, documents, forms, tasks, portals, reporting, and company workflows sit alongside its property, tenant, and lease capabilities. Requirements and deployment readiness must be validated for each implementation.

A way out of rented software

RAAMP has helped i3resources and many of its clients move away from QuickBooks, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools they were renting. The source-code partnership carries that work forward: replace the old SaaS lock-in model in stages, with software you can inspect, extend, and shape around the business.

Access to the code and the way it grows

Licensed source access lets your team inspect, modify, extend, and integrate the application within the agreement. AI Studio, agents, skills, source research, guides, and functional specifications support development. Reviewed feature branches feed a shared platform, with private configuration and clear confidentiality boundaries.

A Ship of Theseus approach

Standardize the process, unify records while incumbents remain authoritative, replace bounded capabilities, then retire old components after operational, financial, security, and user acceptance. A lease-to-tenant-improvement handoff is one example of a useful first slice.

The ark is a direction, not a turnkey claim

Source access creates options for controlling your application. Private hosting and local model inference require dependency assessment, operating expertise, appropriate licenses, and production validation. Legacy Windows/.NET, databases, storage, identity, payments, and AI providers must be addressed explicitly.

Clear commercial rights

RAAMP retains its underlying intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. Source use, hosting, contributions, distribution, fees, support, and exit rights are governed by the partnership agreement. Hardware and model choices do not bypass financial controls, security review, or deployment approval.
